The subjects will be:<\/div>\n
. Very deep Equalization \u00e2\u20ac\u201c the technique \u00e2\u20ac\u201c how to train it.<\/div>\n
. Tactics\u00c2\u00a0 – When to fill \u00e2\u20ac\u201c when to top up \u00e2\u20ac\u201c Training issues .Stretching . Dangers , squeezes.<\/div>\n
. The glide \u00e2\u20ac\u201c choosing the tactics for you ( a 2 or 3 stage descent ) or whatever suits your capabilities physically and mentally.<\/div>\n
. Specific training\u00c2\u00a0 for depth \u00e2\u20ac\u201c how to construct a plan.<\/div>\n
. Mental preparation for competition<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
There will be 1 water session per day in the Blue Hole . And a personal evaluation after it .<\/div>\n
There will be 1 theory session per day discussing the above subjects .<\/div>\n
And 1 question and answer session on any question of your choice.<\/div>\n
